How does Hans work?

You tell Hans about a deal, and he keeps track of it.

Call him from the car, text him, forward him the emails, or upload the spreadsheet you already keep, and he builds the deal, its dates and its tasks.

Five ways to tell him

  • Call him. Dial Hans from the car and talk the way you would to a great assistant. "The Hendersons went under contract, closing August 21." By your next showing, the deal is on your board with that date on it.
  • Text him. One line, from anywhere, at any hour. He captures it and puts it on your board.
  • Forward him the emails. Send a deal thread to hans@tellhans.com, attachments and all. He files the client, the property, the price and the deadlines.
  • Paste a text thread. Drop a client's texts into a chat with Hans. He pulls out who, what and when.
  • Upload your spreadsheet. If you track the details of your deals in a spreadsheet, just upload it and Hans will track everything for you.

What he builds

A deal for every transaction, with every date you gave him. A closing checklist counted back from the closing date, one "yes" away.

And your own promises. Say "I'll drop the disclosures off Friday" and it becomes a task, dated Friday, with your name on it.

What he doesn't do

Hans does not read your inbox or watch your calendar. He works from what you tell him, text him, paste or forward.

How hard is it to start?

“People ask me pretty frequently, how hard is it to start using Hans? The answer is it's really, really simple. All you do is chat with him.”
